All referrals will be assessed by a specialist in learning disability with appropriate clinical training. We work collaboratively with multi-agencies, multi-disciplines, the service user, family, advocates and others to ensure the support package meets the service users requirements.

A holistic assessment promoting a person-centred approach allows each individual a plan to meet their own potential. All physical, psychological and social needs are recognised as having equal importance.

Our service is continually monitored and audited to ensure we meet the needs of the purchasers and service user.
