Grove Care Partnership operates specialist residential homes with ‘pathway’ opportunities to our own supported living accommodation. We have appropriate facilities, programmes and the specialist support staff necessary to meet service user’s needs.

Our services cater for clients with mild to severe learning disabilities with;

All of our homes are of mixed gender and of similar age range. We have limited capacity for physical disability.

 The model of support is characterised by high staffing levels including waking nights with potential to provide 1:1 support when required.

We provide comprehensive programmes of educational, social and leisure activities for residents. Community services are utilised to ensure service users are included within the community.

Our services are ‘person-centred’ within a professional and caring framework. It is intended wherever possible that service users will make the transition to supported living.
